Dream View Stays operates The Lookout and Sunset Lodge in Suncadia, Washington. This page explains what information we collect on this website and when you book with us, and how we use it.
Browsing this website
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the type of device and browser, the website or ad that referred you, and your approximate location (city level). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information. We use it in aggregate to improve the site and measure our marketing; it does not tell us who you are.
We also use the Meta Pixel, which lets Meta (Facebook and Instagram) record visits to this site so we can measure our ads on those platforms and show ads to people who have visited. Meta may link this activity to your Meta account under its own privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
Booking a stay
Direct bookings are handled by Hospitable, our booking and guest-communication platform. When you book, you provide your name, email address, phone number, guest count and trip details, and you complete identity verification and sign a rental agreement through your guest portal. Payments are processed securely by Hospitable’s payment provider; we never see or store your full card number. Hospitable’s handling of this information is described in its privacy policy.
If you book through Airbnb or Vrbo, that platform’s privacy policy applies to the information you give it, and we receive only what it shares with hosts.
How we use your information
- To manage your reservation, send check-in instructions and help you during your stay.
- To keep the homes, our guests and our neighbors safe, including identity verification and enforcing the rental agreement.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
- To improve this website and measure how people find us.
- Occasionally, to let past direct guests know about availability or offers. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can simply reply and ask us to stop.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the homes and this site (such as Hospitable, our payment provider, our on-site team for your stay, Google and Meta), or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as we need them for your stay and for our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing reservations@dreamviewstays.com. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Reservations must be made by an adult.
